Just wondering if anyone has worked on SCORM and lived to tell about it.
Anyway, for those who are new to SCORM, see url below for a simple introduction.

Here's what I found so far:
1) SCORM spec is mostly browser based, heavily dependent on Javascript. Some of presentation uses browser plugins like Macromedia Flash and ActiveX.
2) There is no available specification for 3D Games using OpenGL/DirectX API.
What I'd like to do is simply explore this area and see if it is possible to build a proof-of-concept code demonstrating some parts of SCORM using Irrlicht.
I did join the SCORM forum and posted a question.

SCORM For 3D Games
Hmm, I have this feeling I'm being stonewalled. It seems that it is possible to implement SCORM-based clients running on top of 3D Graphics engines, but the thing is, no one wants to give out the specs because they're currently implementing it.
