XML code problems, didn't post in Ambria because code ques

This is the link to the orignal tut i found. You can see my responce there,
but since it is the tutoril section i thaught that nobody would anser my question. As it has been sevral days, (ok 2) i wonderd if i should just post here.

I don't know how to load the irr file. I would like the complete code, if possible. Or, someone could just fix my code. The problem is what here->Collisionmanager::Loadfile("lodfile.irr") OR someting like it. Complete code would be appericated very much. Sorry for your time, thanks for your help.
