Does for anyone works DeleD exporter to .x format ??? For my in console write:
"Mesh without material found in x file". But then I export I check material box. Any suggestions?

Wait sorry, it doesn't work for me but I know how I fixed it. The Deled export had materials with names longer than 8 characters. When loading materials from mesh files Irrlicht for some reason insists on the old DOS 8.3 maximum. The DeleD materials also used the texture name, including file extension, in the material name. I think Irrlicht may also have a problem with having the .'s in the material name, though I forget about that.
I loaded the .x level in lithunwrap, changed the material names, and was fine (I might have had to change some texture filenames too, I forget)

curious..that was an old limit in ye olde 3ds file format... I think *.cob also, but not sure on this last one.
