Blind Deconvolution?

Has anyone seen, or is willing to share, an implementation of a blind deconvolution filter? I first read about the technique last year but haven't yet found much information describing the process. but I wish I had some alternate sources. I would eventually like to implement deconvolution in my compositing application. If anyone knows of any good resources, please let me know.

If you have no idea what deconvolution is, (simply stated) it's the opposite of an image blur. You start with a blurred or out of focus image and try to recreate the original clean image.
