character walking on rendered terrain

character walking on rendered terrain

hello all ,

i am new to irrlicht and i've been looking over the given irrlicht examples.
so when i reached the terrain rendering example ,a very interesting question came to my mind . how to make a character(NPC) to walk on the rendered terrain. and first i thought we could add to the model scene node two animators , one for walking and one for collision detection so the model could walk properly on the terrain . but ofc it didnt work .
any help will be greatly appreciated.

and i want to apologize if the answer of my question is posted somewhere in the forum . but right now i dont have time to search for it . it is a lame excuse but it is the truth :)

did u mean adding two animation and make them work at one time?
animators stored in array, and the one that work is the last add.
