I'm planning the ogl-es 2.x driver for the Pandora console (openpandora.org). But the ogl-es 1.x driver seems quite ok right now, besides the color handling stuff (since ogl-es need not support the BGRA extension you need to do awful bit-shift things, but on the iPhone the extension is supported, so we don't need it and the driver might not include it at first...)
Another thing is the device setup, which is currently abusing the linux device (because I only have a linux emulator for ogl-es here). But the egl stuff might be extensible to other platforms easily, and the iPhone guys seem to have some different approach workling as well.

Nice, some code to analyze :D Thanks!

I'll make sure the OpenGL|ES 1.x works for the N95 (which means that I will mend whatever needed). I'll keep you informed :)
