Panda Exporter

I have some animated models done with 3D Studio MAX. But the 3ds format dosn´t works well with animated models in IrrLicht. So I tried to download Panda Exporter to convert 3ds to x file. But in the download page (http://www.pandasoft.demon.co.uk/directxmax4.htm) there is a link to download a file with dle extension. What's DLE?

Is it a compresion format? How can I manage with DLE extension?

Its a plugin that u need to put in the plugins-map.
