PM me if you're interested in writing a Game Server using Python. I have a VPS already up and running for that. Though I can only set aside the most half an hour a day for Game Server coding.
I've done testing the VPS using HTTP Python, it works. The next round of testing is basically writing TCP and UDP test programs. From there, you can start experimenting with game protocols using __YOUR__ design.
This offer will allow you a chance to experiment and gain experience writing game server code, but it has to be Python as it is the only thing loaded on the VPS.
The only requirement is desire to learn Game Server Programming in Python. That's it. Plus you have to have a development machine to write your code in.
