Cool 8) is that a huge terrain rather than a sky box then?

it's a small terrain of 4x4 map, sky is just a gradiant color.

other screens : we can see terrain borders and a gradiant color skydome

Some very nice screenshots here. Especially the terrain. Looks fantastic!

Here's something I've been working on. Basically a C&C Renegade inspired game where you have to destroy the enemy base (which of course you can't do atm) while protecting yours. For first release I hope to have bots to play against and also LAN mode.

OK, although it's just a simple game (and my only "Irrlicht" game yet ... it's a game "inspired by marble madness" ... was a three-week-hack) I'll post some screenshots:

First the menu:

Next my favorite level of the game:

and another one with a lot of ice in:

Eigen, that looks brilliant, can't wait for a playable version! Though Renegade was a pretty poop game i found it strangely addictive and just had to keep playing through the shocking flaws

Brainsaw, that marble madness game looks pretty cool too for a first project, nicely done!

ikam, guess i was wrong about the skybox then! Looks damned impressive, though i don't like the texture close-up, looks very nice far away!

i'm so impressed with irrlicht engine. no lag on this one.

i think i'm finally understanding how gpus work in terms of simd.

man, the gpu kept chugging along with this render.
