Looks not good? I know, it's a trash :oops:
It's must be look like mix between a human with shark, and clown mask :twisted:
+ I have troubles with anatomy, if anybody can, please help. :roll:

This is very nice. Within proper atmosphere, this could be quite a cool enemy of some sort. Kind of STALKER+Bioshock-esque. But I have one suggestion. Unless the mask is an actual part of the face, put a strap onto it, that would hold it in his face.

Very nice, keep up the good work. TBH, I didn't notice the anatomy defects until you said so, which is a good sign. A lot of artists get so consumed with realism they lose the imaginative touch which gives them an edge.

Nice shading and concept, but the anatomy is a bit weird.

The V areas i marked in red should be to the side of the shoulder, they are made mostly by the deltoid. in the place you have the V shape now you could add bulging biceps.

The throat area i marked in green is a bit flat at the top, also note the V shape where the SCM muscles join the sternum.

If you want modern rendering techniques learn how to make them or go to the engine next door =p
