Please check out my ode irrlicht frame work. it loads a car 3ds and uses ode physics to drive it.
1) however the cars scene node is facing toward the opposite direction from the physics body, that means when the graphics drive forward the back wheels are steering. How can I orient the cars scene node to rotate 180 degrees from what its now ?
2) Also how do you get the wheels rotation on the 3ds car body ?
3) The odeirr trimesh converter works with 3ds mesh, however i could not attach it to any body object yet. So it is now good to have static geoms from 3ds files. Also I could not get the terrain mesh from irr to convert to ode.
Any help would be great.
