Blender "scale"

Post by marxxus »

Hi, I have a problem (or perhaps im just a n00b). When creating a model in Blender, and then open it in Irrlicht it's very small, it is as if Blender and Irrlicht uses different scales or something. Do anyone know any solution for this problem, or what i'm doing wrong? Thanks for your answers. :) // Marcus

several ways to solve this. either u make the model bigger in blender or simply scale all imported meshes by some factor or u change the camera FOV
We're programmers. Programmers are, in their hearts, architects, and the first thing they want to do when they get to a site is to bulldoze the place flat and build something grand. We're not excited by renovation:tinkering,improving,planting flower beds.

Perhaps your camera is just too far away?

Do you mean the FOV in blender or in irrlicht? If you mean in irrlicht, how do I change it?

In my case, I scale it up to 10 sometimes up to 50.

Code: Select all

aNode->setScale(vector3df(10,10,10));
