First off, this isn't related to Irrlicht at all, but I know there are many tech savvy people here. Thanks in advance for any tips you have to offer.
Computer Stats:
Windows XP SP2
AMD2 Dual-Core 3.0Ghz Processor
nVidia GeForce 8800GTS
MX518 Logitech Mouse
Directx v9.0c
I can't think of any other relevant information, let me know if you have any other questions.
The problem:
When I'm in an explorer window (My Computer, Windows Explorer, etc.) and I hold down my left mouse button and drag, my mouse instantly moves to the top-left corner of the screen. This only happens in windows that have a scrollbar and I am not at the top of the page. If I scroll down even slightly, this bug happens.
This happens every time I restart my computer, but if I go into task manager and close the explorer.exe process and then do run->explorer.exe, the problem stops happening. The best logic I can make of it is that when I'm booting up, my explorer.exe is loaded something improperly that gets fixed when I close and restart the process. Again, any information or advice on fixing it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1.) Try reinstalling mouse drivers
2.) Unplug mouse, clean it
3.) Do a virus scan
4.) Post back here
