Maya .x export via cvxporter or .psk per ActorX

Post by Justin »

Hi,
I realy need help, I'm now testing since 3 days, and im down with my nervs: I search a way to convert animated Maya Bone Models to a Irrlicht supported format.
Here the way I do it: Create an simple Polygon Model, create some joints and bind it.
After that I open the cvx exporter, export all -> successfully, but in the dxplayer nothing to see....
Or If I export it with Actor X: Nothing to see too after opening with milkshape and the 3dWrapper tells me : The Model has no UV Coordinates, sometimes I see the Bones in , and the Animation works, but the material around is missing....Was anyone of you possible to export in one of these formats succesfully or knows where my fault is?
Thanks...

did you make the uvmapping for it?

Also, dunno, care for uber small scale, or uber huge scale of model.
Finally making games again!
