[fixed by bitplane] SDL Device Alt+F4 Quit

Well bitplane requested the Alt+F4 addition to the SDL device, so here it is.

Demo Download: 01.HelloWorld (1 MB) (includes SDL.dll)
Description: Alt+F4 now registers a close event for the SDL device.
