Small note (if some mod cares to change the poll): The game (no 15) is called "Chaos"

Updated thanks :)

I didn't put it in the poll options because it would have wiped out the results

No it doesn't. For that matter, in PHPBB2, when you remove all options minus the minimum. Save. Add more options. Save. Every scores will be kept (at least, all forums with that version I have seen work like that ^^ )

it's a tough decision between nr 14, 7, 3 and 2 hmm... :?

and even though... i liked 14: MasterD: YASS - Yet another Space Shoote so much, that i chose this to be my current wallpaper....

and..
2. skumar: VR Walking and the smoothness of the correlative techdemo (which is downloadable on the authors website) is remarkable aswell

and..
3. freetimecoder: earth 1 looks soo realistic, it could have been a photo

.... my vote ....... goes to 7: bitplane: Console device, cause it's the most original one[/i]

excellent work !!

I was hesitating between 4 for them, then I make a random choice between them. It's would be great for the next month to have the possibility to make like 3 choice with the first = 3pt, the 2nd = 2pt ...

I don't think phpbb supports that, I suppose we could have people post their scores instead though.

I can't believe so many people are voting for the console device, it's only a bit of fun and isn't even a proper ascii renderer... if you're looking for technical achievement, effort and originality BlindSide's pics kick the crap out of it.

I voted for mk1, I love the graphical style. My second choice would have been skumar's as it is amazingly realistic (and not a game project, which is worth extra points imho!)

+1 vote for blindside's RayTracer

I'd vote for VR walking ( as it is the most realistic ) but the lightmaps there are static so i voted for what will make VR walking's effect in real time

I like the last two screenshots for also showing some nice GUI. Chaos is a rather perfect shot, very professional and no rough edges at all. But sweet manga girl with sword ... that's hard to beat :-)

I voted for gekkeiju since It looks the least like a tech demo, but like irrlicht can be used for an actual project, although i am a bit biased because I play gekk. I was going to vote for blindsides but that is more of a rendering engine programmed by him inside a shader run inside an outside engine (irrlicht) so that is less about irrlichts looks and more about blindsides skill.

I was the second to vote, and I voted IVideoDriver 3, simply because I love raytracing. But the Console Driver is sexy, too.
I almost said that one single image is too insufficient for one month... but there isn't too much choice after all.

Oh and, I would've maybe voted for Gekkeiju Online, but charging people for tales sucks.
