you dont need to understand to download it :D
just click on the model, and the part what you wanna download, then click the button starting dfx or lwo

and yeah, they are just offering the parts, you have to place them together

but if you just import them, they should be at place. maybe xD

Hmmm btw after going through the site with Fuzzy's link it seems they are limited to "personal use". I think you can still distribute them but can't use them commercially.

unless the license is clearly and specifically stated I always treat media as proprietary, including modules posted on the forum

the models themselves are very nice, it would have made more sense for honda to release them as creative commons though I think as essentially they are promotional items, it makes little sense to restrict their distribution.
