[Solved] [Blender] Need some modelling help

Post by Murloc992 »

Hello modellers!

Currently I am working on lowpoly human model and I have modelled majority of the body, except arms and head, which are giving me frustration because I don't know how to start model these, since I want my model to be lowpoly. :?
All the tutorials about Head and arms I found were for High poly modelling.

If somebody know any tutorial about/or can give me an advice(maybe assistance) about modeling these two parts it would be very big thanks, because that model is drivin' me crazy 2 weeks

And a little screenie of my first not finished crappy model

(modelled by reference)

If you want you can download a human mesh from my web location. http://www.solar-ray.org go to the download section and grab the skeletal human animation. In the media folder you will find a human mesh for blender. Theres also a DirectX file if you dont have blender. I dont know if my model is good enough for you, so check it out.

cheers

Ohh my god.. IT IS PURE AWESOME!

Very big thanks for sharing this, will give me more knowledge than just adding hands+head :) And yes, it is excellent!

cheers

EDIT: Wait, theres not UV, there's something else that makes the texture. What have you done to achieve this? :D

The textures are drawn over the uv coordinates, like it should be. Or what do you mean ?
