to be honest I was hoping for a few more entries (hence the hanging on), as we only have two entries (possibly three) the prizes will limited to the PS3 and the booby prize.

I think you should do first place then second place with the booby prize added on

I think they were both quite good, I like how a number of the sounds were the same in both of them, prolly free online ones

. But yeah you should give second place something besides just the booby prize. thats my opinion atleast. great job guys

wish i watched them at like 11 at night not 11 in the morning

I was just too excited to see them.

i can almost agree with you, keep in mind that I sacrificed my PS3 for much more code than I have received, i will think about it, besides the booby prize is rather funny and not a cheap option.

either way the winner will be annonced later on today, just waiting for the MD's opinion ;0)

hmmm, chill out mate, the booby prize is un wanted anyways, something of his choosing has been suggested.

the winner of the PS3 + game (minus box) is "stefbuet" congrats

I do like both entries, both meet the requirements and are creepy as hell, good graphically and code wise.

It was hard to pick but we felt that Stef's work was much more polished and generated fear from the outset, whereas the spiders kicked in fear at the end (but are very good, especially the sound effect).

Too bad i didn't have time to finish my entry, seeing those two entries
i think it would be highly competitive, at least.

Anyway, imho stefbuet did a fair job, but missed a couple of things from
prerequisites, but deserved the prize for his effort.
TheModelerMan's entry was imo ok, but not a real competitor demo,
he was entering for the BOOB prize.

Too bad i didn't finnish my entry as it had a lot of effects, 3rd person cam,
animated character model, animated and still models, and more sounds
than stefbuet. A lot of scary moments, psychological cams, stuff like
that, but hell, i didn't have time and there will be another opportunity to show(-off) my skills.

GZ to all the ppl involved, thespecialist, stefbuet, and 3dmodelerman.
