Hello, i noticed when I used addStaticText, that if the width of the text is bigger than the width of the rectangle or we have 2 StaticTexts in game something happens to textures. I had a 3ds model which was my map, it worked fine, but when i had those StaticTexts what i told about the texture just disappeared and my map was black. I tested this with 1.6 too, but it had the same problem. Other textures worked fine.
Edit: If the text lenght is bigger than 22 letters the problem comes too..
Edit2: If the text lenght is lower than 4 letters the problem comes too...

I just get my bullet system work.
Longer texts should be clipped and so far I don't know about a problem with that. But your bug could have any number of other reasons (for example something writes into memory somewhere), so unless we have example code which we can run to reproduce the bug we can't really do anything. So please try to reduce it to an example which we can run to see the bug (and yeah - we also want examples because very often people find the bug in their code while writing that).

Ok, this is example 12 with logo textures kicked out and a smaller static-text. Just to be sure... you say your textures change colors depending on the length of the string used in the static-text used in this code? Or whenever the static-text is made smaller (as in that code)? I can't reproduce it here, but maybe someone else can (also I'm not on Windows right now). Which renderdevice did you select? Does it happen with all of them?
Also - please take a look in the output of the console-window if there aren't any errors mentioned.
