How to do online tech support?

I'm starting an online tech support company to try and save for a new desktop. Has anyone else here done that? How do you collect payments and make sure people don't just get there computer fixed, and then disappear without paying?

Also in order to start a company you need to be a legal adult(not sure how old you are but i thought i would just put that out there).

it's very hard, especially dealing with online business because you don't physically meet the person. i have no idea about this hmm...

I thought you could get a business license before you were an adult? I've got Paypal, I just don't think that would work very well alone.

I'm pretty sure you have to be an adult(depending on what country you live in). In the US I thought you had to be 18. Maybe you know something I don't. I would do some research and make sure you don't have to be an adult.
