best or what you are using?
i'm try to use irrlicht on iphone game development, but our 3d team can't give me support on the animation mesh file format, i want know what's the best solution from 3d software to animation mesh?

the popular formats are b3d and x if u use joints.
also u can find some md3 user here xD

I use .ms3d for animated meshes and .obj for non animated.

AFAIK obj has no smoothing, so its kinda ugleh. am i wrong?

I use .obj for static meshes, I found it very well-working and x for animated-jointed ones. But I also tried ms3d and worked nicely too.
