Hmm ... seems that I have to check this out and compare it to my Stunt Marble Racers. At least this one looks better :(

OK, tried the game yesterday, and it's nice to play. It's more an arcade-style roll-playing-game. I got stuck in some level and after trying several times I stopped. Nevertheless - plays great. Just one thing I would change: I would give (actually - I have given - in my project) the user the option to rotate the camera. It's imho quite hard to get to full speed if the marble rolls backwards and the camera starts to rotate. And maybe a possibility to select a level (depending on which level you already reached?).

Edit: and some shadows would be nice - at least the marbles should get one.

Its looking very good, marble madness was always one of my favourites but if ever a game needed a trackball its that one :D good level design, power ups and some opponents are going to be essential for a came from the classic genre.

I still remember the time I used to spend in the arcade on that one, rolling around a ball controller the size of a grapefruit ... good old days :D
