I don't really understand why no one has removed the outdated Irrlicht tutorials that google links to, eg:
http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/tut007.html
Or do we just assume that no one uses google, or what?
why does the site have outdated tutorials?

The tutorials have been updated around Irrlicht 1.4 for the last time. I guess the next update will happen once we have the new website infrastructure. After all, the link is still working and the code shouldn't be copied from the website anyway. Just read the text from the tutorial and use the prepared code from the SDK.
No i guess he means why the old tut is still up. bc when you go to tuts on the page the following shows up in tutorial 7.
Tutorial 7

We're programmers. Programmers are, in their hearts, architects, and the first thing they want to do when they get to a site is to bulldoze the place flat and build something grand. We're not excited by renovation:tinkering, improving, planting flower beds.
There are two versions... I guess they are both outdated??
