I'm spartan118 and I'm new to the engine and the forums.
I was wondering if there are any incredibly bored 3D graphics designers looking for a job.
I'm working on a big project (FPS) using C++ and I already have a crew of nine. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm only 16 (THIS DOES NOT MEAN I'M INEXPERIANCED!!) but have decided to take this challenge with open arms. Unfortunately, age does have a disadvantage and I have no money.
I can probably start paying people after the alpha of the game is released.

Any more info about the project would be probably good to attract people...right now this looks like the standard 0815 post of the every inexperianced kid who wants to make a game...

We're programmers. Programmers are, in their hearts, architects, and the first thing they want to do when they get to a site is to bulldoze the place flat and build something grand. We're not excited by renovation:tinkering,improving,planting flower beds.
