I agree. The model looks pretty good, but you should probably redo the animation.

i wouldn't completley redo the animation, just double the amount of frames, that will make it alot smoother rather than robotic looking.

I am thinking of making my original game idea using Adobe Director.

I really don't like Director and its language the Lingo. I'm using Flash, but it don't support native 3D for now.
I'm not sure it will be easier to do your 3D game on director than with Irrlicht.
