forum private messages sitting idle

The private message area of the forum glitches sometimes. I have had multiple private messages that have sat in the 'outgoing' box for days before being 'sent'. I even had one that sat for over a month. I currently have one that has sat in the outgoing since 3:00pm yesterday.

If someone could look into this I would appreciate it.

the message will be marked as sent only after the target reads it, i think

hmm... you might be right, I dont know about these things. I had one recently though, that I deleted and rewrote and it went through almost immediately. Anyhow, just thought I would let it be known

Yeah, I often have messages for years in there, because I sometimes write "Hey, are you a spam bot?" messages, which are only answered in the negative cases. So all those staying in my outbox for several weeks are interpreted as being answered as "yes"
