How long should we keep deprecated methods?

The compilers I'm familiar with all do ;)

Yes, our deprecation compiler flag does support gcc and MSVC in all usable versions.

Well, the flag also needs to be attached to the method or attribute. So we need to establish consistency between the doxygen deprecation and the code deprecation manually. But yes, there are good chances that no one uses these methods anymore.

I was just offering my suggestions on some fixes to the documentation, and nothing else. The problems are not so big to hassle myself with changing the documentation (and only for myself?!); someone else who knows a lot more about how the documentation creation program works, and can change the actual irrlicht documentation found online, may be interested in implementing these changes.

You're right; edited. Hybrid is stealing my suggestion thunder, though. :)
