Here's the first usable release of changes.

Changes are listed here in my previous post also in an attached readme file. This includes DXT file format, DirectX8 and DirectX9 support.

I will post updates here or in a new post, when I have OpenGL version ready, unless someone else does it before me. I expect this to happen in 2-3 months no faster, so feel free to take over and drop in the OpenGL support.

About licensing, suggestions are welcome, no license or Irrlicht license is fine too. At least as long as my name is put at the top of my files, I will be happy.
