irrlicht.dll not a valid dll

Hi, sure I'm an idiot, but I just can't add irrlicht.dll to my VB.NET project (not a valid DLL).
Tryed registering with resrv32, no way.
Irrlight.NET.dll not found in the download (1.7.2 version)
Silly question, but, what I forgot???

Irrlicht hasn't provided an official port/wrapper for .NET for a very long time now
You should check out the project announcements forum for Irrlicht Lime, which is a community-created .NET wrapper for irrlicht
