I know the Irrlicht Engine does not provide support for playing videos in AVI or other formats, I want you to me as I run dissecem videos

There are extensions to Irrlicht which allow features that initially Irrlicht isn't able to support,Search the forums for the IrrExt project. It is a project which compiles extensions that are currently done for the engine, and seems that video playing is one of those. And try being more specific with your questions, "help" is a little too short to know what goes on inside :)
