i have designed a small level of my game.(the level consists of a bulding of 24000 poly, about 30 of low poly 3ds model and 10 md2 animations)
but when i created a meta triangle selector and made my FPS camera collide with all these things frame per second decreased to 3/4 fps.
though i haven't use even a single dynamic light why this happened?
any suggestions?

Your hardware? lol.. 24,000 polys is more than it seems. And if you add the textures.. which takes a good bit of memory if they're large, that will slow the framerate. Like I have a model thats 4,000 polys that runs at 60 FPS until I apply the texture, then it drops 5 or so FPS.
There should be information about increasing framerate somewhere on the net. Check GameDev.net
