Only 31 FPS???

Btw your SSAO shows self shadowing on steep surfaces (might want to fix that)

Nothing special - just generating localized gradients on a plane of points (which are drawn as wireframe boxes):

First i wanted to say its Serious Sam but on second thought its TuxCart...
