I have purchased items from Arteria and must say that I am very pleased with the models that I have. I also find the customer support to be most excellent and have never had trouble conversing via email with him. This is even years after making a purchase.
All's good now. I do wonder why it took three weeks? I recommend turning on forum subscriptions for threads like these so you get an email for replies.
