irrchan - irrlicht + guichan wrapper

First off: I would like to credit Tecan for writing a majority of the code for this wrapper, I simply put it in a nicer package.

irrchan is a wrapper for guichan and Irrlicht, this is being used in my project DMUX and I am releasing this in hopes that it will benefit someone somewhere. I also update and maintain GCE, a editor for the guichan that I find very helpful. For those of you who are not aware guichan is a GUI framework that is very simple, but I would say that it is a step above what the Irrlicht GUI can provide so it is very nice for people who want a minimal GUI but not the Irrlicht GUI.
