need an engine

Hey i am working on a rpg set in the middle ages and i was looking for a good 3rd person engine that could switch to 1st person when you got out your bow. The fighting would be in real time and the projectiles would take time to get to the destination instead of instantly. If anyones got something like that i could really use it. Im not much of a programmer.

Irrlicht could handle that. Plus it's very easy to use if you are not much of a programmer. You will need to know about vectors and possible matrices and how to pointers in C++.
Do you have a team or is it just you?

i have a small team. we are using 3ds max 7 as our modeler. Just none of us have the time to program all of an engine. Our game is to be mmorpg and we want to be pretty nice. I am overseeing all aspects and i also am doing almost all of the charecter modeling. We are looking for someone to model structures and some landscape just post if you want to.
