ljpeg and lz

I tried to compile the source code for the irrlicht.dll file yesterday, 99% done and than a error message came up saying something like "Can't find ljpeg" and "Can't find lz".
Where can I get those files? I need to fix the FPS Camera because it's really "bouncy" and that makes me mad!!

Hmm, I remember the tutorial had 2 options in the top-left corner: 1 for german, and 1 for english.
I'd confirm this, but when I checked it, the page was down
