Relo C++ IDE 1.0 and Deled 1.21 released!

ok guys, the title is more than self-explanatory.

careful if you've set up everything to use Cmoibenlepro's template; you'll have to recheck every path and line to get it to work with Irrlicht (dll, exes and resource compiling)

Np MikeR! I also forgot to include the latest release of codeblocks(1.0 beta7), which is also a great free IDE for C++:

and sharpdevelop (free C#-VB IDE) reached version 1.1 and it's looking really sharp

Hi Alvaro,
Since I know sharrpdevelop can manage C++ code too.
But components are not supported in this case.
