Alternative Applications for 3d Engine

Can any one please list out what other applications can be built using a 3d game engine. other than games that is : uses i have thought of are,
in architechute rendering, and fashion design, does anyone know where
else ppl use game engines, for alterate applications of game engines.

Anything 3d graphical.

You could 3d render brainscans, flight sims, visual effects for a media player, etc...

some guy a while back said he was using Irrlicht to make a 3D representation of his city for some historical presentation or something.
