Morphing?

Post by Brinsky »

1. I couldn't find any .x exporters to support morphing. any ideas?
2. Has anyone tried to implement the morph channeling from .x to irr?

Thanks

why? Skeletal animation is far superior IMHO, though Irrlicht doesn't allow its full potential to be used.
You do a lot of programming? Really? I try to get some in, but the debugging keeps me pretty busy.

my current project uses morphing instead of skeletal animation because the main character has a lot of cloth simulation that doesn't need to be calculated in real time(not that Irrlichts capable of that anyway). What was the program you were exporting your x file from? the tools forum section may have something for you.
