Don't know if this has ever been posted so, here are some NWN packages
that include import, export, modeling scripts and memory resident utilities
for 3dsmax & gmax:

how do you load the mdl files into irrlicht?

i'm using a pre-compiler/converter (in perl) to make the Y-Z rotation
and create a binary format which i wrote an irrlicht meshloader for.
