Who might be interested in doing an open-source project with some freinds of mine and myself. Just think..futuristic post-war MMOG..I'll give you more details if you contact me at:

or PM...thanks .
[edit]By the way, please don't think that this is just a project that is going to die out in 2 weeks. We don't have much now, but that's the reason I'm trying to build a team! Trust me, we're dedicated and already have some things coded. An artist is a very needed asset though.[/edit]
Looking for any artists/3d modelers...

i just think that this is just another massive multiplayer game that will not last for a month, you seem to have no clue how much work a MMO game is and how many teammembers you need for that...
so please, dont bother us with your dreams that will never come true anyways
ps: do a search, there are _many_ people who wanted to do such a project, and most of them got the same answer: you shouldnt do it!

What a trip
Game building will make you pull your hair out, I was working on a game for a movie called Lycan Rising. The movie was about this rock group made up of werewolves (what a dumb idea), the production company put together all of the money, our team started the work, and bam! The director split for Mexico with the money, DUH! We did all of the FX for the movie and were building the game, a great team of people, really good game play, then the lawyers came and the whole thing was gone. Two of us still keep in touch, but I moved up north, along with a ton of SGI equipment, that is workstations, servers, and comunicators, just waiting till my new studio is complete to setup again. Would I do it again, OOOOH, ya
