Goldeneye : One of the best multiplayer and single player games on N64.

Snowboard Kids : The funniest game to be played by four people, is so rubbish in graphics and phyisics, but has the most frustrating yet addictive gameplay ever.

Monkey Island : A classic

Chrono Trigger : IMO the best RPG game.

Tetris : enough said.

Wario Ware (the GBA one) : "Yo,Yo, DJ" Just a really fun quickfire game, that takes no intelligence, just reflexes. hours of fun.

I like your attitude.

But it goes without saying when the expression "I'll die trying" is used it usually means that a person will die for what they believe in even if they know it's a loss.

Never played Chrono cross that's an rpg I believe correct?

At any rate my games will stomp anything on the market today both in price and quality I'm one of those people that come along every few centuries and change the face of the planet biotch.

And when I am done you will say "that is the best game ever"
less my quest be revealed... and if you say "that IS the BEST GAME EVER"
less my quest be revealed and let there be a sequel. and I look upon this end of quest. and it is good. 8)

Midnight, out of interest are you working on a game specifically now, or still waiting for inspiration?

the fallout series
final fantasy 3 (6)
ogre battle (snes)
rampart
xcom
shadowrun (genesis)

theres plenty others, but those stand out the most off the top of my head. And of course like some of you I'll add whatever games I end up making myself :p

there is a "sequal" to xcom coming out this month, although I don't know if any of the creators from the original xcom are working on it. The game is called UFO:et (extraterrestrials). It doesnt look all that great from the screenshots, but it is 3d... and I can't tell if it's official, but it looks like they're trying to say its something of a sequal.

I have several games planned but I'm working on Guice first and educating myself more.

I plan to begin working on the first game very soon though.

Thief 1 and 2, Deus Ex 1, Morrowind and Oblivion, Grand Theft Auto 4 and System Shock 2 are my all time favorite games.

Honorable Mentions include Shadowrun [SNES] (for being a great Shadowrun game), and Tenchu [PS1] (best traditional Ninja game), X-COM (for proving that friggin' hard could be very fun).
Technical isn't Complicated.

Lol ... lots of old threads popping up today ... but OK, I'll add some of mine:

- who dares wins (C-64, 3rd person shooter)
- elite (C-64, Amiga, PC ... mostly the original one with wireframe graphics)
- F-18 Interceptor (Amiga, Flightsim)
- The old Doom games (PC, 1 and 2), Quake 1/2/3

and my current all-time-favorite:

Battlefield 1942 ... a game I've been waiting for since I got my first computer ;)
