Delete the thread and ban me....

What a nice way to communicate. DOnt know why youve responded to me in this way, but its unfair and unjust - and im very disapointed in what i read.

By the way, the logo on the website - should have been taken off- and it has now

why? because you've got no interest in Irrlicht or helping the community, you just want people to buy your stuff. you registered today, then started a thread leading to a site that has something you have to pay for, that has had nothing to do with Irrlicht.

bottom line, you are simply a troll.

You know, its great that you have summed me up like that.....

how do you know what interests i have. In fact..... i have had irrlicht for many months now and have been learning it. Nothing to do with it????? My packs are in Dele D format, which i believe you can load into the engine....

Okay.. i may have advertised my product, but please.... do not call me names, and keep your opinions to yourself about who i am .

You a mind reader? - quote 'you have no interest in irrlicht'
How wrong you are....................

The models are nice, but I think that the Irrlicht forums should not be used for advertising. If such posts are allowed, they should at least be in offtopic imho. This is not discussion about irrlicht.
You do a lot of programming? Really? I try to get some in, but the debugging keeps me pretty busy.

Hi,

Thanks guys, after those earlier posts, it is nice to get some good feedback.

Re/ posting on these forumns, i did think carefully which section to post in - hence the 'open discussion' and the reason i posted, is that i have been very interested in this engine for months now, when i first downloaded the source - and it was due to my membership of Dele D forums, of which Dele D is the program i use to make the models, that i was informed that the Dele D format works in Irrlicht, - so i thought it would be useful to tell you guys about the project i have just finished.

by day.. i have a job making professional music(hence the reason i included a music pack in the theme pack) and havent started this project to make any serious money.. it was done out of total passion, hence the small asking price.

Remember the pack has 4 full music tracks in, ... i know what i would charge for these in my music job!!! if someone commisioned me - but the price of £9.50 for everthing is testiment to the fact that its a venture that i have passion in, and not a money making affair

Thanks

Um, just to be cheeky, if it was done purely for passion wouldn't you be giving something away for free? ;) (there's a range of licences to protect your hard work)

Always a good way to start out, give something away and charge a little for the more elaborate/bespoke models. :)

Good start with the models though. Keep at it, and i hope to see freebies :D

If you learn nothing else at university, at least you learn how to hunt for free things ;)

Cheers,

Anaconda and Midnight do not represent the community here at all, in fact, they ( well I know Midnight, I guess Anaconda as well ) and a few others I won't mention since they didn't post here are quite the assholes of the community. Every community has them. 90% of their posts are useless responses to someone that happened to post just when these community assholes were at their lowest points of self esteem and needed someone else to pick on to make themselves feel better. Honestly, if you truly were a user of Irrlicht and checked the boards out every once in a while, you'd have already known this about Midnight, read his response and ignored him!

Nice models!! For me, a programmer with extremely bad modeling skills, models that look this good for so cheap are amazing. I've looked on TurboSquid and you pay > $50 each for a single model ( never bought one ) where here, you're getting a pak for what was it, $17? Can't beat it!

I totaly agree with Spintz, the models are well done. Programmers like us don't have the time or skill to do things modelling and composing music! Nice idea. I forgive the advertise. If time has come well, we might come into bussiness, as the prices stay moderate.
