Cool in Toronto? Pah! Ottawa here, facing -45C with the windchill! And I still take the bus :)

Here in sweden, we have icebears on the streets. Didn't you know that?
I'm feeding one right now through my window with raw fishheads.

Hehe.. I'd be wary about bragging about Canada's climate on an international board.. there may be readers from Siberia or something!

I was snowmobiling to the peak of Whistler just the other evening, it was between -30 C and -40 C. Good snowboarding there too, I'm thinking about moving to Vancouver because I just got an internship with a video game company there.

All of the weather in this hemisphere has been messed up by El Nino a few years ago. Heck, I was outsides in shorts once again yesterday.

I believe this statement sums up any midwestern USA, northern USA, and non-costal Canadian weather:
It's so cold I saw a dog frozen to a fire hydrant.
Crud, how do I do this again?

Do not steal the "Polar Bears wondering in the streets" thing. I reserved by Finland. Why? Helsinki is much norther than Stockholm. Helsinki is about as north as the southern tip on Greenland.

don't you mean "a perfect 15-21 degrees celsius right now" ? who still uses fahrenheit?? that's so old school! 8) it's -22 C today where i am.. no wind so it's actually fairly pleasant outside.

Never heard anyone say that about finland before, but ok. You can have the bears.
Now there is a group of penguins outside the door. I think they want the fish i feeded that swedish-nonexisting-polar-bear with.
