RGE- My simple ORPG game testing !

RGE is a simple ORPG game written in C#. It has a RGE server (manage players) and RGE clients. RGE allows multiplayer joining in the game and moving on the map.
I wrote 2 RGE clients: 2D and 3D (using Irrlicht 3D Engine)

I get an error when trying to run any of the 3 binaries in the game:

"Unable to initialize program (0xc0000135). Click to end application."

Did you install DotnetFramework ?
