Are the Sydney/Fairy MD2 files freely redistributable under the zlib/libpng? You see, I want to use them for the basis of the characters in my game. they will be edited alot.

And that's why the guest accounts should be turned off.

As far as your questions goes, I know in one of the tutorials the person who created the models is mentioned, look him up and ask him. If your game isn't gonna be widely released and non-commercial, I don't think they'd mind as long as you give them credit.
