Well, what's the problem? Most of the people who get 4-500 FPS have top-of-the-line video cards and computers. Have you compared the frame rates you get with Irrlicht with other apps?

Your problem is:
onboard GeForce2 card(32 MB)
I have that on my computer and found that a lot of apps won't run with it. Get a new graphics card and watch things run smoother and faster.
If it exists in the real world, it can be created in 3d

Sys specs:
AMD 3700+ 64 processor
1.0 gb ram
e-Geforce 6600 graphics 256 mb onboard ram

60-70 is perfectly playable, you cant even see the difference above 65. And you should try directx, it runs much faster on older cards for windows.

I think the minimum FPS that the human eye can't see the difference is 24 FPS. The standard DVD runs at about 30 FPS I believe.
