Audio & Video?

What do you guys use for sound and playing audio files?
What is the best? and what would be best for commercial use on a low/no budget?

What about Video and playing video files?

For sound, there are a few libraries out there, FMOD, OpenAL, and Audiere being the most popular.

For videos, check Magic2D library - http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/ ... php?t=9666
