#irrlicht, the chat room

Post by bitplane »

The irrlciht chat room has been steadily shrinking this year, so aswel as putting it in my sig I'm also posting to spamvertize its existence here.

#irrlicht @ freenode

So, come waste all your precious free time in the irrlicht chat room, or just lurk and make the place look bigger. given the size of the place, you need to visit for more than 2 minutes if you want your question answered

direct access through the interweb here:
http://searchirc.com/irc-irrlicht-1

or if you know what irc is, you can click the link:
irc://irc.freenode.net/irrlicht/

I use Bersirc myself, free and open-source.

http://bersirc.free2code.net/index.php/home

I'm using the older 1.4 version though last time i downloaded a 2.2 build there were several features not implemented in that yet.

You probably need http://ftp.tdcnorge.no/pub/windows/Identd/ and then you'll need to open port 113 (ident) on your firewall.

Actually had to go in the side door. Going in directly, I get thos errors. If I go into a different room, then transfer to irrlichts channel, I have no problems. go figure
